TriAnkle, at the M3d+it 2021 congress

The TriAnkle project is presented at the IV edition of the M3d+it (Medical 3d-printing and Innovative Technologies) congress, held on December 2nd and 3rd online.

It is a platform of great interest for the scientific and industrial community that promotes 3D printing in medicine and brings together health professionals, doctors, researchers and companies in the national and international sector.

This year the congress gathers 25 experts in different disciplines, including additive manufacturing, materials, medical device design and simulation, as well as tissue engineering and medical use cases. In this context, on December 3rd, Dr. Lluis Quintana, Corporate Manager Viscofan BioEngineering, presents the TriAnkle project as a therapy based on 3D bioprinting personalized scaffolds for tissue regeneration of the ankle joint.

About the M3d+it congress

The M3d+it symposium was held for the first time in 2018 and is an event of great interest to the scientific and industrial community. In its second edition, which took place in person at the Vienna General Hospital, it joined more than 100 participants from 8 different countries.

After two successful editions organized by the Medical University of Vienna at the Vienna General Hospital, PROFACTOR and the Johannes Kepler University of Linz organized the M3d+it 2020 online event with more than 70 participants.
