On 24 and 25 February, the Medical Technologies International Forum, organized by Leitat, brought together more than a hundred researchers and health professionals from 16 different countries interested in advanced medical technologies.
In this context, Mario Marotta, Area Manager of Regenerative Medicine at LEITAT Technological Center, and Lluis Quintana, coordinator of the European project TriAnkle and Corporate Director of Viscofan BioEngineering, participated in a meeting on 3D bioprinting technologies. It is precisely this technology that is used by the TriAnkle Project to make personalised implants based on gelatine and collagen with the aim of improving the quality of life of people with osteoarticular ailments.
